E-Prep If going to the tax office is like going to the dentist's office for a root canal, then E-Prep may be the answer for you.  E-Prep is our tax service that electronically files your federal and state returns from our tax office, and delivers you a copy or your tax returns via email.

Fast Refunds         So how does this work? You will need access to a computer with an e-mail account, and Adobe Reader software (or a fax machine or scanner).                          1. Establish an account with TalentTax. To set up the account we will need 2 forms of identification. We prefer a copy of last year's tax return and a driver's license,or other form of picture ID.       2. Send us your tax documents. Provide us by fax ,email, or scanner,  a copy of your W2, 1099, Interest statement, brokerage statements, and other tax documents to us. Or complete a Client Organizer from us by mail.    3.Sign IRS FORM 8879 "IRS e-file Signature Authorization". We fax or email you a Form 8879. You Sign the form and return it to our office by mail or by fax.    4. We prepare your tax returns.   5. We e-file your tax returns to the IRS and State. You can authorize the US Treasury to directly deposit your refund into your bank account. Or, you can have the check mailed to your home address.  Any taxes due to the IRS can be charged to a credit card or your checking account.    6.You provide us with a credit card # or mail us a check for tax prep fees.      7. We return a copy of your tax returns to you by email, mail, or fax, whichever you prefer.  We can also track your refund with the IRS.
